4. Desired Action: Specify the action you want your Persona to take or the message you want them to convey on this page.

   • Example: To encourage users to try BHuman

5. Save the Instruction: Click the "Save" button to add the instruction, or "Save and add new instruction" if you want to add more instructions.

Step 3: Managing Instructions

Viewing Instructions

1. Instructions List: Once instructions are added, they will appear in the main area of the Instructions tab.
2. Search for Instructions: Use the search bar to find specific instructions.

Editing or Deleting Instructions

1. Edit Instruction: Click the pencil icon next to an instruction to edit it.
2. Delete Instruction: Click the trash can icon next to an instruction to delete it.
