The Clones Meet feature in the Persona app allows you to schedule meetings between your Persona and someone else's Persona, and receive detailed reports on how the meetings went. This feature is useful for facilitating automated interactions and gaining insights from those engagements.

Step 1: Accessing the Clones Meet Tab

  1. Open the Persona App: Launch the Persona app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Clones Meet Tab: Click on the "Clones Meet" tab from the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Creating a Meeting

  1. Click "Create a Meeting": In the top right corner of the Clones Meet screen, click the "Create a Meeting" button.

Filling Out the Meeting Form

  1. Persona Username: Enter the username of the Persona you’d like your clone to meet with.

    • Example: Heidi009
  2. Context: Set the scene by providing a brief description of what you would like to talk about.

    • Example: Talk about how BHuman can market our new product, Persona

  1. Click "Add and Meet": After filling out the form, click the "Add and Meet" button to schedule the meeting.

Step 3: Managing Meetings

Viewing Scheduled Meetings

  1. Meetings List: Once meetings are scheduled, they will appear in the main area of the Clones Meet tab.
    • Search for Meetings: Use the search bar to find specific meetings.

Step 4: Reviewing Meeting Reports

Downloading Reports

  1. Meeting Report: After the meeting is conducted, a detailed report is generated.
  2. Download as PDF: Click on the meeting report to download it as a PDF for review.

The meeting report includes detailed insights such as:

  • Topics Discussed: An overview of the main topics covered during the meeting.
  • Participant Insights: Specific insights and feedback from the participating Personas.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Suggested next steps or strategies based on the conversation.
