You can request a refund if:

  1. Cancellation Timing: If you tried to cancel your plan using a method outside our regular platform cancellation process before being charged, and somehow we missed your email - we’ve got your back.

  2. Platform Bugs: If there's a significant glitch on our platform that's affecting your workflow, we understand. Do note, however, that dissatisfaction with video/audio outcomes isn't covered here. By adhering to our recording guidelines, you can achieve optimal results. Our refund is applicable when there's an acknowledged bug preventing the platform from functioning as designed.
